Joined ConX.Digital

I started my journey at ConX.Digital as a Salesforce Associate Consultant, building my foundation through client work, solution design exposure, and deeper involvement in the wider Salesforce ecosystem.

November 2024

Dubai Dreamin’ 2024 Speaker

Just one month after joining, I stepped onto the Dubai Dreamin’ stage for the first time. It was an early milestone that pushed me to grow quickly and gave me my first real taste of speaking within the Salesforce community.

The biggest project of my career — a comprehensive Salesforce implementation for one of the UAE's major free zone authorities.

Challenge

Complex stakeholder ecosystem with multiple departments needing unified customer management and automated processes across the free zone authority.

Approach

Multi-cloud architecture combining Marketing Cloud for outreach, Service Cloud for support, and custom solutions for the unique free zone workflows.

Outcome

Successfully delivered a unified platform that streamlined operations, improved customer engagement, and set the foundation for digital transformation.
